Studio Guidelines

At ArToe, we treat creativity like a sacred ritual. This space is built for expression, experimentation, and elevation. To keep the vibe flowing and the work intentional, here are the studio guidelines designed to protect the art, the artists, and the experience.

1. Bookings & Sessions

Scheduling:
Sessions can be booked online or directly through our team. We recommend scheduling early to ensure your preferred time, especially for large creative sessions or collaborations.

Confirmation:
You’ll receive a confirmation notice after booking. Make sure all the details look right and notify us if anything needs changing.

Walk-Ins:
Walk-ins are welcome when the studio is open, but priority always goes to scheduled sessions.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice:
Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. This helps us manage the studio calendar with respect for everyone’s time.

Late Cancellations:
Changes made within 24 hours may require a 50% fee.

No-Shows:
Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.

3. Late Arrivals

Grace Period:
We allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, your session may be shortened or rescheduled so it doesn’t overlap with other artists.

Fees:
Late arrivals may be subject to an additional fee.

4. Health, Safety & Respect

Studio Environment:
Please respect the equipment, artwork, and shared creative space. Any damage may result in repair or replacement fees.

Personal Safety:
If you have any sensitivities, injuries, or special needs during your session, inform the team so we can accommodate you properly.

Clean Space Policy:
Mess comes with art, but intentional mess only. Please clean up your materials after your session unless otherwise agreed.

5. Creative Process

Consultation:
For first-time artists or collaborators, we’ll go over your vision, goals, and materials before starting.

Boundaries:
If a creative direction becomes unsafe, harmful, or violates the space, the session may be paused or stopped.

Materials:
Some materials (ink, high-grade paints, specialty tools) may require additional fees depending on usage.

6. Payment

Accepted Methods:
We accept card payments, bank transfers, and digital wallets.

Deposits:
A deposit may be required for new clients, high-value sessions, or large-scale projects.

Final Pricing:
Pricing varies depending on session type, duration, material use, and studio resources required.

7. Studio Access

Arrival & Departure:
Please arrive on time and exit promptly after your session unless you’ve arranged extra studio hours.

Extended Time:
Any additional time beyond your booking may incur an hourly fee if the studio is available.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your Experience:
If anything feels off or incomplete, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to adjust or improve your experience.

Refunds:
Refunds are offered at our discretion, usually as studio credit.

9. Studio Etiquette

Respect the Space:
Art lives here. Energy matters. Be mindful, present, and respectful toward everyone and everything in the space.

Children:
Young artists are welcome but must be supervised.

Collaborations:
Any collaborative work must be agreed upon by all participating artists beforehand.

10. Emergency Situations

In the event of any emergency, we will reach you immediately and take the necessary steps to keep everyone safe. Any external costs are the client’s responsibility.

11. Policy Updates

ArToe reserves the right to update these guidelines. Any changes will be shared online or communicated directly.
